Over the past 12+ years, he has become a driving force in India’s renewable energy movement, blending technical precision with a passion for social transformation. As Director of Technical Operations at VATIO Energy, he has led the design and deployment of rooftop solar systems, solar street lighting, telecom towers, and now ventures into green hydrogen and EV infrastructure. His work spans simulation, system engineering, policy, market strategy, and government coordination.

Mentor Behind the Movement  

But Rajaganesan is more than a technocrat. He is a teacher, a mentor, and a movement-maker. As Chief Technical Officer at the Tamil Nadu Advanced Technical Training Institute, he has trained thousands of solar technicians under national programs like SURYAMITRA and shaped curricula for institutes across India. His influence stretches from remote villages to global stages—from community workshops to conferences in China and Singapore, where he has represented India’s solar ambitions.

Empowering Through Energy  

He has authored books, developed simulation software, and served as a technical resource for ISRO, NPC, NISE, and over 45 academic institutions. Whether guiding utility engineers  or crafting training programs for minority communities, his work is rooted in empowerment, building not just systems,  but futures.

Dipanshu Seth’s story begins in the narrow lanes of Parry’s, Chennai, where a modest basement shop—Seth Electricals—quietly built a reputation for integrity, reliability, and deep customer understanding. Founded in the early 1970s by his father and uncles, the shop became a trusted destination for domestic and industrial electrical needs.

At the heart of VATIO are two visionary directors whose combined expertise bridges engineering precision with human impact. Together, they have built more than a solar company—they’ve sparked an energy movement rooted in shared purpose and complementary strengths.
